Returns Policy

We offer a 14 days returns policy from the date that the item was received.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging.

Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using our Contact Us page. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. 

Please specify the following information

• Order name and number
• Reason for your refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
